THE ARCHIVE · OVER 20 YEARS IN THE MAKING
Over 20 years in the making.
Before the acoustic sets and live shows, there were beats, bars and a shared love of music. This is the story of how it all came together.
01 / THE TIMELINE · THREE CHAPTERS
Before Wiz ’n Dash, there was CONVIXZ: our original hip-hop crew. The group also featured EDOE, a gritty street rapper inspired by 2Pac, Outlawz and the West Coast sound. Those early days helped build the foundation for everything that followed.
From hip-hop tracks to acoustic sessions, this chapter captured a duo finding its own sound. Highlights include “Courageous”, “We Ride”, “Saving the Day”, collaborations and live performances. “Courageous” also featured on Mattrix Mixtape: Volume 3 in 2016.
Over time, the sound grew to bring together live guitar, vocals, hip-hop, R&B and the songs we love. The Naked Racer open mic, hosted by Craig, helped get us back in the game—and the journey continues on stages around Melbourne today.
Same mates. More stories. New chapter.
